These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MyImgToolsPro ("Service") operated by MyImgToolsPro ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing and using MyImgToolsPro, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

MyImgToolsPro provides free online image editing and conversion tools including but not limited to: image compression, resizing, format conversion, background removal, cropping, watermarking, and Base64 encoding/decoding. The Service is provided "as is" at no charge.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MyImgToolsPro only for lawful purposes. You must NOT use our Service to:

  • Upload, process, or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Upload images of minors in inappropriate contexts
  • Attempt to overwhelm or disrupt our servers (DDoS attacks)
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
  • Use the Service for any commercial spam or phishing activities
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Upload malicious files disguised as images

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership and rights to any images you upload to and process through our Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the requested service. This license terminates immediately upon completion of processing.

The MyImgToolsPro name, logo, website design, and underlying software are our intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

5. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Images uploaded to our Service are processed temporarily in memory and are never permanently stored. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

6. Third-Party Services

Some features (specifically background removal) rely on third-party APIs. Use of these features is also subject to the third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Processing results will meet your specific requirements
  • The Service will be available at all times
  • Any errors will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyImgToolsPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the use of our Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months prior to the claim (which may be zero, as our service is free).

9. Rate Limiting

To ensure fair access for all users, we implement rate limiting on our API. Excessive use that degrades service quality for other users may result in temporary access restrictions.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
